Designates February 25, 2016, as Hunger Action Day in Oklahoma to recognize efforts to combat food insecurity in the state.

Notes that 656,000 Oklahomans have inconsistent access to food, including 59,200 children at risk of going to bed hungry each night.

Recognizes the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma for distributing 70 million pounds of food annually, creating 57 million meals and feeding over 160,000 Oklahomans weekly.

Acknowledges the sixth annual Feeding Oklahoma Drive's collection of $301,159 and 1.3 million pounds of food to prepare 2.6 million meals.

Directs distribution of the resolution to Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma Executive Director Rodney W. Bivens and Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma Executive Director Eileen Bradshaw.
