OK HB1995

Extends the termination date of the Oklahoma Energy Resources Board from July 1, 2017 to July 1, 2021 under the Oklahoma Sunset Law.

Re-creates the Board to coordinate programs demonstrating the importance of Oklahoma's oil and natural gas exploration and production industry.

Authorizes the Board to encourage efficient energy use, promote environmentally sound production methods, and develop existing Oklahoma oil and natural gas supplies.

Directs the Board to support research and educational activities related to the oil and natural gas industry and remediate historical oilfield environmental problems.
