Extends the sunset date for the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission from July 1, 2017 to July 1, 2021 under the Oklahoma Sunset Law.

Maintains the Commission's seven-member composition: five licensed real estate brokers with at least five years of active experience, one lay person not in the real estate business, and one active representative from an Oklahoma-approved real estate school.

Requires all Commission members to be United States citizens and Oklahoma residents for at least three years prior to appointment.

Limits appointments to no more than two members from the same congressional district according to the latest congressional redistricting act, with provisions for transition when districts are redrawn.

Confirms the Commission as the sole governmental entity with authority to regulate and issue real estate licenses in Oklahoma.
