Amends 28 O.S. 2011, Section 152.1 to establish civil court clerk fees in Oklahoma, including a $25.00 fee for issuing each subpoena for each person.

Court clerk fees in civil cases include charges for posting notices ($30.00), filing counterclaims ($20.00), mailing writs ($10.00), serving process ($50.00), sheriff's sales ($75.00), jury requests ($349.00), and issuing summons ($10.00).

Additional fees established for filing motions to enter ($25.00), court reporter services at trial ($20.00), and motions for summary judgment ($50.00).

Fees for serving process and sheriff's sales are paid into the Sheriff's Service Fee Account under Title 19, Section 514.1; all other fees deposit into the local court fund.

Jury request fees must be paid at the time of the pretrial conference by the party requesting a jury.
