• Amends 47 O.S. Section 156 to include the Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission as item 26 in the list of state boards, commissions, and departments permitted to purchase vehicles without prior legislative approval.

• Deletes outdated language regarding vehicle ownership restrictions for certain state institutions.

• Effective date: November 1, 2017.
