Amends Oklahoma Statutes Section 1503 to increase annual permit fees for coin-operated devices, effective July 1, 2017.

Increases fees for coin-operated music and amusement devices from $75.00 to $150.00 per machine annually.

Increases fees for coin-operated vending devices requiring $0.25 or more from $75.00 to $150.00, and devices requiring less than $0.25 from $10.00 to $20.00.

Increases fees for bulk vending devices: devices with single distribution mechanism from $5.00 to $10.00; devices with 1-5 distribution mechanisms from $15.00 to $30.00; and devices requiring less than $0.25 from $2.00 to $4.00.

Declares an emergency so the act takes effect immediately upon passage and approval, in addition to the July 1, 2017 effective date.
