Increases pesticide registration fees from $160 to $210 per label annually and increases pesticide disposal fund allocation from $100,000 to $300,000 annually for unwanted pesticide disposal programs.

Changes terminology throughout statute from "subarticle" to "section" for consistency in referencing pesticide application and registration requirements.

Removes fee waiver language for governmental agencies and employees, making it subject to potential future board determination rather than automatic exemption.

Becomes effective November 1, 2017.
