Directs the Secretary of State to refer a proposed amendment to Section 1 of Article VII of the Oklahoma Constitution to voters for approval or rejection.

Changes the name "State Industrial Workers' Compensation Court" to "Workers' Compensation Court of Existing Claims" in the constitutional provision listing Oklahoma's judicial bodies.

Maintains existing language regarding the judiciary structure including the Supreme Court, Court of Criminal Appeals, District Courts, and municipal courts, with legislative authority to change or abolish these courts.

Establishes ballot title describing the measure as a constitutional amendment containing clarifying language, with yes/no voting options.

Requires the Chief Clerk of the House to file copies of the resolution with the Secretary of State and Attorney General immediately after passage.
