Directs every Oklahoma public official, including sheriffs, district attorneys, judges, justices, the Attorney General, and the Governor, to exercise their authority to stop abortion in their respective jurisdictions.

Directs Oklahoma judges and justices of the Oklahoma Supreme Court not to interfere with the Legislature's right to clarify Oklahoma criminal law regarding abortion per Section 36 of Article V of the Oklahoma Constitution.

Asserts that procuring or administering a non-life-saving abortion in Oklahoma is a criminal offense per Sections 861 and 862 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Requires distribution of the resolution to the President of the United States, congressional leadership, state legislative leaders in all 50 states, and members of the Oklahoma Congressional Delegation.
