Congratulates Tinker Air Force Base on its 75th Diamond Anniversary of distinguished service to the United States, with the base officially activated on March 1, 1942.

Recognizes Tinker as Oklahoma's largest single-site employer with an annual economic impact of $3.7 billion and headquarters of the Air Force Sustainment Center, which manages supply chains for 5,000 aircraft, 14,000 engines, and 65 foreign militaries.

Commends Lieutenant General Lee K. Levy, II, Commander of the Air Force Sustainment Center, for his extraordinary service since entering the Air Force in 1985 and his current oversight of 35,000 military and civilian personnel across three air logistics complexes.

Directs distribution of a copy of the resolution to Lieutenant General Levy.
