Amends Section 60.31 regarding family justice centers to establish confidentiality protections for case records, case files, case notes, and client records of family justice center employees and trained volunteers.

Defines "client records" to include all communications, records, and information regarding clients of family justice center programs.

Prohibits disclosure of family justice center records except with written consent of the individual, or in cases of death or disability, with consent from the individual's personal representative or authorized person.

Allows disclosure of confidential records by court order when a judge finds good cause shown in camera.

Becomes effective November 1, 2017.
