Creates a new law codified as Section 839.4 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes to protect personal information of law enforcement officials and their immediate families.

Defines "personal information" to include home address, telephone numbers, email addresses, personal photographs, and directions to or photographs of a law enforcement official's home or vehicle.

Makes it unlawful for any person to knowingly post personal information about a law enforcement official or their immediate family on the internet if the dissemination poses an imminent and serious threat to their safety and the person knows or reasonably should know of the threat.

Establishes violation of this section as a misdemeanor offense.

Becomes effective November 1, 2017.
