Amends 74 O.S. 2011, Section 18b to update the duties of the Oklahoma Attorney General relating to insurance matters and consumer protection.

Changes reference in duty #21 from "Insurance Property and Casualty Rate Board" to "Insurance Property and Casualty Rate Board Commissioner" to reflect updated entity designation.

Adds duty #22 authorizing the Attorney General to investigate and prosecute criminal actions relating to insurance fraud, or refer such matters to appropriate district attorneys.

Makes minor grammatical updates including changing "Said" to "The" in duty #13 regarding the maintenance of case registers and dockets.

Becomes effective November 1, 2017.
