Amends 74 O.S. 2011, Section 9.22 to modify the powers and duties of the Office of Disability Concerns.

Adds emphasis on social media outreach, electronic mail, and other forms of digital communication to the Office's community awareness and support responsibilities.

Maintains existing duties including identifying needs of people with disabilities, serving as a referral and information source, advising the Governor and Legislature on disability policies, and assisting agencies in meeting Public Law 93-112 requirements.

Becomes effective November 1, 2017.
