Amends 74 O.S. 2011, Section 9.27A to authorize the Office of Disability Concerns to conduct the Client Assistance Program under Section 112 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as long as federal funds are available.

Authorizes the Office of Disability Concerns to pursue legal and administrative remedies necessary to operate the Client Assistance Program.

Permits the Office of Disability Concerns to promulgate rules with other state agencies as necessary to carry out the provisions of this section.

Clarifies language by capitalizing references to the "Office" of Disability Concerns throughout the statute.

Effective date: November 1, 2017.
