Amends 59 O.S. 2011, Section 887.10 to allow the Board to issue multistate compact licenses to physical therapists licensed in another state who meet Oklahoma's licensure requirements, provided their home state has a reciprocal agreement with the Board.

Establishes that temporary permits for physical therapy practice remain available only for first-time applicants, expiring when notice is received that the applicant has passed or failed the examination.

Permits the Board to issue temporary permits to qualified applicants on a temporary basis for medical emergencies or special physical therapy projects, not exceeding one year in duration.

Allows the Board to issue temporary permits to first-time applicants who have applied for licensure and are eligible to take the examination.

Becomes effective November 1, 2017.
