Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall initiate a request for information on care coordination models for newborns through age 18 in the custody of the Department of Human Services, with assistance from the Department of Human Services and Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.

Any request for information must consider and incorporate efforts to continue implementing relevant initiatives under the Master Settlement Agreement ("Pinnacle Plan") administered by the Department of Human Services.

Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall provide a summary of request for information responses to the President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State Senate, the Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, and the Governor on or before January 1, 2018.

Oklahoma Health Care Authority Board shall promulgate rules to implement the provisions of this section.

Act becomes effective November 1, 2017.
