Amends judicial District No. 5 to include Comanche, Stephens, Cotton, and Jefferson counties before January 1, 2022, with five district judges; effective January 1, 2022, the district reduces to Comanche and Cotton counties with four district judges.

For District No. 5 elections after January 1, 2022, office Nos. 1 and 4 judges must be residents of Comanche or Cotton County, while office Nos. 2 and 3 judges must be Comanche County residents.

Amends judicial District No. 6 to include only Grady and Caddo counties before January 1, 2022, with one district judge; effective January 1, 2022, the district expands to Grady, Stephens, Jefferson, and Caddo counties with two district judges.

For District No. 6 elections after January 1, 2022, office No. 1 judge must be a resident of Grady or Caddo County, and office No. 2 judge must be a resident of Stephens or Jefferson County.

Becomes effective November 1, 2017.
