Creates the "Oklahoma Health Care Cost Reduction and Transparency Act of 2017" requiring hospitals and ambulatory surgical facilities that accept Medicaid to report pricing data to the State Department of Health.

Requires hospitals to report quarterly beginning June 30, 2018, on the 100 most common inpatient diagnostic-related groups, including uninsured patient charges, Medicaid reimbursement amounts, and Medicare reimbursement amounts.

Requires hospitals and ambulatory surgical facilities to report quarterly beginning September 30, 2018, on total costs for the 100 most common surgical procedures and 50 most common imaging procedures performed in outpatient settings.

Mandates the Department of Health post current price information on its website and provide patients with requested pricing information within three business days; requires hyperlinks to state and federal hospital quality websites.

Allows the State Commissioner of Health to suspend or revoke licenses of facilities that violate the act; exempts facilities that do not accept Medicaid or Medicare funds but permits voluntary submission; becomes effective November 1, 2017.
