Amends 43A O.S. Section 3-403 to modify the Oklahoma Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services Act by clarifying definitions related to alcohol and drug treatment services

Adds new definition of "faith-based" organizations as those offering services within a context of religious beliefs articulated through their mission statement, affiliations, or sponsoring entities

Modifies definition of "transitional living facility" and "halfway house" to explicitly exclude residential substance abuse centers that provide 24 treatment hours per week

Maintains existing definitions for approved treatment facilities, detoxification services, inpatient treatment, intermediate care, and short-term supportive care

Effective date: November 1, 2017
