Increases the fee for persons convicted of criminal offenses (including traffic offenses but excluding parking and standing violations) from $9.00 to $10.00 per conviction.

Modifies statutory references and language related to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner throughout Title 20 and Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Updates the Chief Medical Examiner Revolving Fund to include specimen storage and drug screen service fees as sources of revenue for the fund.

Maintains the $150.00 Laboratory Analysis Fee for misdemeanor and felony convictions when forensic science or laboratory services are rendered, with fees distributed to OSBI, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, or appropriate municipalities or counties.

Preserves the $150.00 DNA fee for persons arrested or convicted of felony offenses or specific misdemeanor offenses, with funds deposited into the OSBI Revolving Fund for creating and maintaining the OSBI DNA Laboratory and Combined DNA Index System (CODIS) Database.
