Amends 10A O.S. 2011, Section 2-2-703 to expand the uses of reimbursement funds that courts may order parents or guardians to pay for juvenile cases.

Adds "outcome incentive payments for providers" to the list of allowable expenses parents may be ordered to pay for child care and maintenance, in addition to existing placement services, medical care, and behavioral health services.

Maintains existing provisions allowing courts to order parents to reimburse court funds for attorney fees, expert witnesses, and other case-related costs, and to reimburse the Office of Juvenile Affairs and law enforcement agencies for services provided.

Effective date July 1, 2017, with emergency clause allowing the act to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
