OK SJR37

Directs the Secretary of State to refer to voters a proposed amendment to Section 1 of Article I of the Oklahoma Constitution affirming the supremacy of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Adds the full text of the first ten amendments to the U.S. Constitution (Amendments I through X) to the Oklahoma Constitution as part of the state's supreme law.

Specifies that unalienable rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Bill of Rights shall be the supreme law of the land in Oklahoma and reaffirms these rights in the state constitution.

Establishes ballot language describing the measure as adding the listing of the United States Bill of Rights to Section 1 of Article I of the State Constitution.

Requires the President Pro Tempore of the Senate to file one copy of the resolution with the Secretary of State and one copy with the Attorney General immediately after passage.
