Private organizations, state executive agencies, departments, and their employees prohibited from using the Senate Chamber, meeting rooms, or offices during the interim without President Pro Tempore consent.

President Pro Tempore authorized to approve repairs, renovations, and purchases of equipment, supplies, furniture, and fixtures for the Senate Chamber and offices.

President Pro Tempore authorized to appoint Senate members to interim committees and approve reimbursement claims for members and employees for official business expenses during the interim.
