Extends the period for aggregating multiple larceny offenses from 90 days to 180 days when determining total stolen value and appropriate punishment.

Maintains existing penalty structure based on stolen property value: misdemeanor for under $1,000 (first/second conviction); felony charges for $1,000-$2,500 (up to 2 years), $2,500-$15,000 (up to 5 years), and $15,000+ (up to 8 years).

Makes individuals liable for aggregate value of items taken by all participants when larceny is committed in concert with at least one other person, with possible additional penalties under Section 421.

Requires all convicted persons to pay restitution to victims as provided in Section 991f of Title 22 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Becomes effective November 1, 2024.
