• Permits minors to request removal of their likeness from online platforms within 7 days and allows minors to pursue civil action for damages including actual damages, punitive damages, and attorney fees if content creators knowingly or recklessly violate the act.

• Exempts minors compensated under this act from Oklahoma's minimum age provisions for employment.
