Prohibits physicians, medical students, residents, Advanced Practice Registered Nurses, registered nurses, and physician assistants from performing pelvic examinations on anesthetized or unconscious female patients without informed written consent.

Allows pelvic examinations on anesthetized or unconscious patients when the examination is within the scope of care for a surgical procedure or diagnostic examination.

Permits pelvic examinations on patients incapable of giving informed consent when the examination is required for diagnosis or treatment of that patient.

Creates new Section 1-761 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes to codify these requirements.

Effective date is November 1, 2025.
