Creates the "Oklahoma Election Process Integrity Act of 2025" to establish requirements for county election board access to election proceedings.

Requires all members of a county election board to be granted in-person physical access to all official actions of the election board and its employees or volunteers.

Defines "official actions" to include counting, tabulation of, and extraction of ballots from envelopes.

Specifies that "in-person access" means physical access only and explicitly excludes closed-circuit television access or other camera surveillance methods.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
