Extends the termination date of the State Anatomical Board from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2026 under the Oklahoma Sunset Law.

Board composition includes deans (or designees) from accredited medical and osteopathic schools in Oklahoma, heads of anatomy departments in those schools, two appointees from higher education institutions with anatomy programs approved by State Regents, and one at-large member appointed by the Governor.

Board duties include registering anatomical donor programs and non-transplant tissue banks, and designating agents to manage collection, preservation, storage, distribution, delivery, recovery, cremation, and disposition of human bodies used for health science education and research.

Board may elect a chairperson from its membership, establish rules for governance, appoint officers and an executive director, and maintain complete records of transactions and body disposition.

All expenditures are paid by the designated agent rather than charged to the state, and the Board may exempt any county, district, or institution from provisions of the act at its discretion.
