Requires city fire departments, fire protection districts with more than two full-time firefighters, and charitable corporations providing fire services to file activity reports using the National Emergency Response Information System (NERIS) with the Office of the State Fire Marshal.

Mandates fire-related burn injuries and death reports be completed within forty-eight (48) hours of the incident.

Activity reports must include property and vehicle fire loss amounts, types of fires, inspections, investigations, and notification of all fire-related civilian and firefighter deaths and injuries.

Amends 11 O.S. 2021, Section 29-102 (city fire departments), creates new Section 595 of Title 18 (charitable corporations), and amends 19 O.S. 2021, Section 901.7a (fire protection districts).

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
