OK HB1068

Prohibits state governmental entities and public trusts with the state as beneficiary from entering into agreements that would prevent disclosure of terms for payments, incentives, tax credits, grants, or similar benefits provided using state taxes.

Allows state entities to withhold proprietary information of for-profit business entities, including trade secrets, input costs, labor costs, and profit margin information, if provided by or on behalf of the business entity.

Codifies the prohibition as Section 10001 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
