Amends 25 O.S. 2021, Section 304 to add the Judicial Nominating Commission (established in Section 3 of Article VII-B of the Oklahoma Constitution) to the definition of "public body" under the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act.

Subjects the Judicial Nominating Commission to open meeting requirements applicable to other public bodies, including notification and transparency rules.

Maintains existing exclusions from "public body" definition, including the state judiciary, Council on Judicial Complaints, Legislature, and administrative staffs of public bodies.

Takes effect November 1, 2025.
