Increases the filing fee for small claims court affidavits from $45.00 to $85.00 for actions involving $5,000.00 or less.

Actions exceeding $5,000.00 remain subject to standard district court filing fees under Title 28 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Counterclaim and setoff fees continue to be charged pursuant to Section 152.1 of Title 28 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

All collected fees are deposited with other district court fees and remain subject to existing provisions regarding attorney fees and process server costs.

The act becomes effective November 1, 2025.
