Defines "complementary and alternative healing practices" to include naturopathy, ayurvedic, massage therapy, homeopathy, herbology, nutrition, iridology, and Asian healing arts.

Protects unlicensed practitioners of indigenous or traditional healing therapies from violating health care professional practice acts, provided they comply with specified restrictions and do not misrepresent their credentials.

Prohibits practitioners from performing surgery, setting fractures, prescribing drugs or radiation, recommending interruption of medications, making medical diagnoses, forcefully moving joints, falsely claiming state licensure, or having felony convictions for intentional harm or moral turpitude.

Subjects violators to administrative action by licensing boards, criminal prosecution, civil liability, or other remedies provided by law.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
