Reduces the registration fee for charitable organizations from $65.00 to $40.00, with the first $15.00 deposited to the General Revenue Fund.

Reallocates fee distribution: $25.00 (down from $34.00) to the Attorney General Charitable Solicitations Enforcement Revolving Fund and $15.00 (down from $16.00) to the Secretary of State Charitable Solicitations Revolving Fund.

Maintains a reduced fee of $15.00 for charitable organizations with contributions not exceeding $10,000.00 in the previous period, with $10.00 to the Attorney General fund and $5.00 to the Secretary of State fund.

Changes the deposit destination for name/address change filing fees from the General Revenue Fund to the Attorney General Charitable Solicitations Enforcement Revolving Fund.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
