Prohibits any person from recording or causing to be recorded an unfair service agreement or notice or memorandum thereof in Oklahoma

Requires county clerk offices to refuse acceptance for recordation of unfair service agreements, notices, or memorandums

Protects county clerks from liability if they accidentally record an unfair service agreement, notice, or memorandum

Renders recorded unfair service agreements, notices, or memorandums void and prevents them from providing actual or constructive notice to bona fide purchasers, creditors, or title companies

Becomes effective November 1, 2025
