OK HB1182

Modifies the definition of "nonfiscal retirement bill" under the Oklahoma Pension Actuarial Analysis Act to include bills authorizing membership in the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System for active commissioned or CLEET-certified agents of the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training.

Adds active commissioned or CLEET-certified agents hired by the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training on or after the effective date to the list of members eligible to participate in the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System.

Requires CLEET agents hired on or after July 1, 2025, to participate in and contribute to the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System instead of the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System (except for optional deferred compensation and savings incentive plans).

Designates the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training as a participating employer in the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System for its commissioned or CLEET-certified agents.

Establishes varying effective dates: Section 1 effective immediately upon Governor's signature, Sections 2 and 3 effective July 1, 2025 (or November 1, 2025 if emergency clause not approved).
