Amends 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-1109 to define six synthetic food dyes as unsafe additives: red dye 3, red dye 40, yellow dye 5, yellow dye 6, blue dye 1, and blue dye 2.

Declares foods containing any of these six dyes to be adulterated and unsafe for consumption regardless of their use or intended use.

Reorganizes and updates statutory references in the adulteration provision by converting lettered subsections (a) through (d) to lettered subsections (A) through (E) and updating numbering style throughout.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
