• Amends Oklahoma law governing vehicle towing to allow wrecker or towing service operators to contact highway remediation and cleanup service providers licensed by the Department of Environmental Quality when specialized labor, equipment, or debris remediation is needed at accident scenes.

• Permits wrecker and remediation companies to combine their services on a single bill presented to insurance for payment, rather than submitting separate invoices.

• Allows wrecker or towing service operators and remediation companies to hold vehicles and equipment under a possessory lien until the combined bill for services is paid in full.

• Effective date: November 1, 2025.
