Requires postsecondary institutions to offer at least three financial literacy workshops per year for student athletes engaged in name, image, and likeness activities, with at least two workshops being a minimum of five hours and offered within 120 days after the fall semester begins.

Workshop and course content must cover budgeting, taxes, contracts, credit and debt management, savings, investments, and entrepreneurship, but cannot include marketing, advertising, referrals, or solicitation by financial product or service providers.

Requires student athletes to complete either one financial literacy workshop or course within their first two semesters of engaging in name, image, and likeness activities, with failure to comply resulting in forfeiture of eligibility for such activities.

Authorizes postsecondary institutions to provide support services including contract review, tax preparation, and financial advisor services at no cost to student athletes, requiring professionals to disclose any conflicting employment relationships.

Permits postsecondary institutions to contract with third parties to conduct required financial literacy workshops and allows the financial literacy course to count toward degree requirements.
