Stays the execution of judgments in all cases where a sentence of death has been imposed until further action by the Legislature.

Prohibits the Court of Criminal Appeals from ordering execution of judgments in death penalty cases.

Prevents the Court of Criminal Appeals and the Governor from setting any new execution dates and vacates all currently scheduled execution dates.

Suspends all statutes governing capital punishment execution in Oklahoma, with automatic reinstatement upon legislative repeal of this act.

Declares an emergency to make the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
