Requires any individual entering through gates used for ingress or egress to property designated as an easement to maintain the position of the gate upon use.

First offense is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine up to $500, county jail time up to 90 days, or both.

Second offense is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine up to $1,000, county jail time up to 180 days, or both.

Third or subsequent offense is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine up to $1,500, county jail time up to one year, or both; convicted individuals are also liable for damages.

Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry shall promulgate rules to implement the act, effective November 1, 2025.
