Permits the program manager of the Oklahoma Attorney General's Address Confidentiality Program to request that personal information of certified program participants be kept secure at county assessor offices and not posted on the Internet.

Requires elected county officials, peace officers, undercover or covert law enforcement officers, and Address Confidentiality Program participants to obtain a court order to keep their personal information confidential in county assessor records.

Court orders for confidentiality must be based on a sworn affidavit stating the individual's status and providing sufficient justification for the confidentiality request.

Defines "personal information" as home address of the person, home address of spouse/domestic partner/minor child, and any telephone number or electronic mail address.

Effective date is July 1, 2025, with an emergency clause allowing the act to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
