Amends Oklahoma's obscenity and child sexual abuse material law to define "artificial intelligence," "artificially generated sexual depiction," and "generative artificial intelligence" as machine-based systems that can create synthetic sexual content.

Criminalizes nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images obtained under circumstances where a reasonable person would expect privacy, without the depicted person's consent.

Criminalizes dissemination of artificially generated sexual depictions of another person without consent, with intent or reckless disregard to harass, annoy, threaten, or cause harm.

Establishes misdemeanor penalties of up to 1 year imprisonment or $1,000 fine for basic violations; felony penalties of up to 5 years for violations involving property gain, or up to 10 years for second or subsequent violations requiring sex offender registration.

Creates enhanced felony penalty of up to 10 years imprisonment for disseminating three or more images or artificially generated sexual depictions within a six-month period; effective November 1, 2025.
