Amends Oklahoma waterfowl hunting requirements by adding restrictions on nonresident hunting on public lands south of Interstate 40 and east of Interstate 35.

Prohibits nonresidents from hunting waterfowl on public land Friday through Sunday; limits nonresidents to hunting Monday through Thursday in the specified area.

Maintains existing waterfowl stamp and license fees: $20.00 for residents and $30.00 for nonresidents eighteen years of age or older.

Preserves exemptions from stamp requirements for Oklahoma residents under eighteen years of age and residents sixty-five years of age or older.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
