Changes general elections for school board members in odd-numbered years from the first Tuesday in April to the second Tuesday in November.

Moves primary elections for school board members in odd-numbered years from the second Tuesday in February to June (or same day as Presidential Preferential Primary if held in February), and changes even-numbered year primaries to the third Tuesday in June.

Requires candidates for school board to list their political party affiliation or nonpartisan status on both primary and general election ballots.

Shifts candidate filing period from the first Monday in December to the first Wednesday in April through the following Friday (instead of following Wednesday).

Becomes effective December 1, 2025.
