Campaign or election material sent via mail to voters must include a disclaimer stating "This piece of mail is not an official government document from the State of Oklahoma or any subdivision of this state" in minimum 14-point font.

Exempts official government documents from county election boards, the State Election Board, or state subdivisions from the disclaimer requirement.

Defines campaign or election material to include mail encouraging absentee ballot applications or reminding voters of election dates.

Imposes a $100 fine per unique mailer campaign for violations, increasing to $300 per mailer campaign on the third offense; "per mailer campaign" means a unique mailer sent to multiple addresses, not individual pieces of mail.

Oklahoma Ethics Commission shall enforce this section and is granted rule-making authority; effective date is November 1, 2025.
