• Changes reporting language from "claimed" to "awarded" for certain data categories to clarify reporting of credits actually distributed to eligible students.

• Adds requirement to report total tuition costs disaggregated by individual private school and/or homeschool beginning with the 2025-2026 school year and each subsequent year.

• Effective date: November 1, 2025.
