HB 1470 Summary

• Lenders must disclose the interest rate (fixed or variable) and a table of all charges and fees associated with any loan to the debtor.

• Required disclosure must appear on the first page of loan documents.

• Lenders must require the debtor to sign or initial the disclosure affirming they have read and understood all charges, fees, and interest related to the loan.

• Codifies new requirement as Section 3-314 of Title 14A of the Oklahoma Statutes.

• Effective date: November 1, 2025.
