Amends 36 O.S. 2021, Section 3634.3 to require health insurance plans, policies, and health maintenance organizations providing prescription drug coverage to notify customers in writing at least 30 days in advance of premium renewal if coverage for a previously prescribed or purchased medication is being discontinued.

Maintains existing requirement that health insurers provide pharmacies the right to bid on pharmacy contracts at least every 3 years.

Does not preclude insurers from establishing open pharmacy networks for provision of pharmacy services and prescription drugs.

Exempts health insurance plans or policies that maintain an open pharmacy network from the notification requirement.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
